Prior to co-founding Confidela, Noam was a senior product manager at Cyota, Inc. (acquired by RSA, the Security Division of EMC) - a leading provider of layered authentication solutions.

Noam managed Cyota's leading line of products from infancy to maturity, to the point where it was considered the worldwide market leader with annual revenues of tens of millions of $US. The products that Noam managed were the main reason for RSA's acquisition of Cyota in December 2005 for $145 million.

Prior to Cyota, Noam worked at Comverse, where he was responsible for strategic product planning. Noam served four and a half years in the Israeli Defense Forces' prestigious Intelligence Corps "Talpiyot" project.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from the Tel Aviv University, Israel.
